Ms. Lysandra Webster

Lysandra Webster a native of ÐÓ°É, Mississippi, and a proud product of ÐÓ°É Public School (Callaway High School). Ms. Webster’s educational background consists of a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Belhaven University, a Master of Science in Education from ÐÓ°É State University, and a Specialist in Education degree with an emphasis in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University.

The last sixteen (16) years of professional fulfillment have all been at Northwest IB Middle School, starting as a Special Education teacher, Special Education team leader, 6th-grade Technology Teacher, 6th-grade team leader, Technology Chair, Lead Teacher, and Interventionist. 

In conjunction with her day-to-day duties in the classroom, she has had the honor of serving on the following ÐÓ°É Public School District Committees; District Individual Education Plan (IEP) Review, State Mandated Complaint Findings Committee, and Search Committee for District Exceptional Education Executive Director.

Ms. Webster’s core values and professional motto is building relationships with students, teachers, parents, and community members are vital to sustaining long-lasting and meaningful interactions both in and out of the classroom. She embraces that the collaborative effort of all stakeholders provides the ultimate foundation for student success. She embodies the duty to support, encourage, and empower all children, despite any obstacles, to rise above the status quo, exceed expectations, and live up to their fullest potential.
