Ms. V. Scantlebury
My name is Victoria Scantlebury, and I am one of two Spanish teachers at Northwest. This year marks my 22nd year teaching, and my 7th year at Northwest Middle School. I graduated from ÐÓ°É State University with a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Foreign Languages and an MS.Ed in Secondary Education with a concentration in Spanish. I also hold an ESL (English as a Second Language) Certification from Mississippi College.
Spanish is my first language. I am originally from the Republic of Panama and have been living in the United States for the past twenty-five years. I enjoy traveling and learning about other cultures and countries, dancing to Latin music, cooking Panamanian food, and watching T.V.
